Amazing seatpost & amazing customer service! I had ordered the wrong size on accident and they sent me a shim free of charge. Got the seatpost dialed and running well on my bike & it helps my rides a lot!

The best thing to happen tp bicycles since rubber tires.

It didn’t fit my bike and the ones that did are out of stock. Awaiting my second shim to try again. Chad is helpful and willing to work with me, buts this is getting tiresome. .
