Cotton Candy & Marshmallow

bottle defective. leaking everywhere + waited 3wks for my order while they continued to restock this scent while sending emails that my order is delayed. + after about 5+ AI messages, finally got to a human. only for them to tell me that theres nothing wrong. i took screenshots from the OG video that clearly shows whats wrong + the missing portion, they didn’t respond for 3+ days. then after i sent more photos of the bottle leaking after being left for 3 days + threatened to do a chargeback they sent me a gift card. uhmm.. no? this bottle is not usable. its leaking everywhere. its not even worth decanting into a new bottle (which costs even more $ & nobody should have to do that when theyre buying a brand new perfume) so how does buying more from a co. w/ TERRIBLE CS fix this? now that i know how difficult it is to get help, i will never shop here again. the use of AI FOR EVERYTHING should have been the red flag i needed to not give them my money. never again.

It’s really good because it’s a very universally appealing type marshmallow that can be layered with so many gourmand perfumes.

Smells like plastic. Took forever to ship, smells awful, can’t return. Waste of money. Who paid for all these good reviews?
