Reminds me of bad taxidermy

I am not happy with the way this turned out, nor the process. Lot's of prompts to pay more for added services like paying to review before sending out, quicker processing times, to buy a 2nd one at a discounted rate, before I even saw the first order, etc. They charged $30 for shipping but it was sent standard USPS in a poly pack. The dog itself is a mixture of good and bad. The good was the fur was right in all the places, the markings were spot on, and the body scale was perfect. The bad is the teeth, which i said was the most important thing to get right when I ordered, the face is off and his ears are not floppy as selected when ordering. I would send this back under their guarantee, not sure if that would be easy or not, but my wife was so grief stricken that she does not want to give it up and wait another 3-4 weeks for a remake.

Happy with process and with the product

I'm very happy with our Cuddle Clone of our kitty who recently passed away. The company did a very detailed job of getting her markings correct and to match her eye color. They wanted to get the eyes correct so they reached out to ask for a double check on the color when my selection did not match the color in some of the photos based on the lighting. They also reached out for some more photos of specific sides to ensure they had everything they needed. The process is very easy because they tell you each angle they need when you order. The only thing that made it challenging for me was that she is no longer with us, so when I needed to find the specific angles I had to dig through tons of photos. If you know this is something you'd like, I'd take a look at the site in advance to understand what photos they will ask for and do a photo shoot! Our item was shipped to us in advance of the deadline as well which was great to get it so soon. Thank you!
