The customer service here is top notch in my experience.
They went above and beyond on communication and making sure that I was satisfied with my order. They were friendly, helpful, and checked back with me to make sure everything was okay when I didn't respond right away.
They seemed genuinely interested in my issue. They didn't try to "just get it over with". They went the extra mile to make sure everything was good.
