Halsten Stride Healing Package

I thought the red light would be the entire inside but it is just a panel. I am not a big person and it fits so weird. It’s just ok if you are standing and very uncomfortable if you sit with it on. It would almost be better if you just created the panel only and not the whole wrap.

Horrible customer service. I emailed to return the item. I was told to hang onto it and continue to try it because I had a long time to try it and then I could return it. Of course time went on and when I went back to ask for a return I was just over the return date. I emailed then anyway and brought it to their attention that I had already reached out well within the return time and was brushed off. They emailed back and said they saw that I had contacted them and as a good gesture will they would process the return. They then offered me 20% refund to keep the product. When I declined that and said I wanted to return the item they went silent. I pressed on and kept emailing them. Then I was asked for pictures which I provided. After that I was emailed and told I was after the return date and they could not accept a return. Don’t ever buy from this company. After reading reviews I see I am not the only person they have done this to. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Stride is misleading consumers, and this product is absolutely not worth the price. It looks nothing like the pictures used to advertise it, and I was disappointed to discover that the book is actually an e-book rather than a physical book as I expected. The product itself feels cheaply made, and to me, it is nothing more than a heating pad. The quality and overall presentation do not justify the price being charged. Stride needs to be honest and transparent about what customers are actually purchasing instead of creating misleading expectations through its advertising. Consumers deserve accurate product descriptions, honest advertising, and real value for their money. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this product to others.
