Getting Good Sleep

Pause Sleep has been a life saver for me! It is helping me sleep more soundly at night and sleep through most nights. I only have to take 1 which is a win-win cause it makes bottle last longer. I am so thankful I have found Pause Sleep.

Works for me

This really works well for me. I don’t wake up groggy at all. Just feels “clean” if that makes sense. However, my provider would like me to take less Melatonin. But I trust PAUSE. My only complaint is I wish the pills were smaller.
