They were purchased for vacation home and are perfect!

Can't sit on end/edge of bed. Not firm, fall in

I've had better memory foam mattresses. The edge sinks in if you sit on the edge. It isn't firm. You can't sit on the edge of the mattress, on the end of the bed. I don't think that an exchange would be a better mattress. We have 2 other memory foam mattresses, but that provider stopped selling them. We can't find them anymore. So I turned to what I thought was the best equivalent. I would recommend looking somewhere else.

We were a bit disappointed. We had purchased an 8” Dreamfoam mattress and love it. This time we purchased a 6” due to height limits and it showed about the same firmness on line but is quite soft. We can push down with a hand completely.
