Servicio de atenció al cliente muy mal

Resulta que se ha roto el tubo del dosificador y no puedo utilizar el producto, les he escrito y no me pueden enviar un dosificador de recambio, dicen que no tienen. Además han tardado mucho en contestar. Mala experiencia.
