I've been backpacking and climbing and generally spending days and nights out in the Sierras regularly for the last 30 plus years and I've gone from traditional backpacking food to homemade concoctions and back again, on repeat, looking for the best way, and it turns out that Cascade Alpine was the answer I've been looking for. Hands down the best tasting, most satisfying food I've ever eaten out of a bag! I truly appreciate cleanly made, good tasting food, and I've got a big appetite, especially when I'm putting in a big effort up in the hills, and these meals satisfy on all fronts. And every one is a standout. I was sad to see the spaghetti go, but the stroganoff is just as good! I'm also really stoked to have an easy and tasty midday protein in the chicken packs. I've relied on foil tuna packets for years, but the weight savings of the protein packs is much appreciated.
Looking forward to V2 keeping me fueled and satiated through the fall and into touring season! Oh, and this crew understands what good customer service means too.
Cheers guys, and thanks!

This is a great value and I have had every meal offered (except the stroganoff - which was not available when I ordered my boxes. A great way to try Cascade Alpine. order it and give them a try. You will not be disappointed. It's a two night trip in a single box. Together with a couple bars and some coffee I was all set for a two night trip back in August. Zero regrets.

Great tasting box! I loved all of the choices and everyone at my camp was jealous of the meals I had. Was perfect for a 3 nighter
