Right when you open the tin, you notice the vibrant, emerald-green color—a clear sign of high-quality, first-harvest leaves. It sifts beautifully and whisks up into a silky, frothy microfoam with zero grainy clumps.The flavor is perfectly balanced. It has a rich, earthy umami note with a natural, mellow sweetness that makes it incredibly smooth. I find that I don't even need to add sweetener to my morning oat milk latte! While it is a bit of an investment, the flavor and clean, jitter-free energy boost are entirely worth it. Highly recommend for both matcha beginners and daily enthusiasts!
