Lemon Meringue Pie

Blew my mind

The lemon flavor was so strong and very refreshing something I never thought I would say about ice cream being refreshing. The lemon candies gave it an even stronger lemon taste for the next bite which i loved and added texture and crunch to it which was nice. At first i wasnt getting alot of pie pieces and I was thinking despite being lemon meringue pie, it would still be good without the pieces until i got further down and got more of them and it was definitely needed. Just like the smores where if you just had graham cracker ice cream, if you just had lemon ice cream with or without the candies, I would buy it

Perfection.

My absolute favorite flavor. It's perfection, and it isn't so chock full of inclusions that it comes off tasting like a candy bar.

Been wanting to try it, wish I'd bought two! Light and not too sweet, very refreshing and yummy!
