Probably user error

I have loved these patches for my Dexcom. I presently have the Pink Ombré printed glitter on. The very bottom of this one is not sticking for some reason. I have been in a lake with it on but have never experienced this with any other patches. I do love the choices you offer and have been extremely pleased with all previous patches.
