Muscle Defense

I'm a week in. Taking daily, right after my workout. Taste is good, but mixing with water leaves it a little, well...watery. I have a mild milk intolerance, but it has not caused any problems. I might mix with a dairy-free option like almond or oat "milk" to thicken it up a bit. Results-wise, I have seen some weight increase (4-5 lbs). Since this is the only change I have made, I have to attribute it to the shakes, at least to some degree. I'm looking forward to seeing what 30, 60, and 90 days look like. over all, so far, so good!

I love the product. It’s great for older men. It’s the only one I can actually feel a difference when I use the companies wonderful great people to work with. Can always get a hold of somebody. They get back to you right away. If you have to leave a message very satisfied good company to deal with.

I’m 70 yrs old so I’m not blaming the product I might have been to far gone but if I felt any better it was very minimal I followed directions do you have any suggestions I would appreciate it. Thankyou
