In just a few days of using I can already see a difference in my teeth! They feel stronger and look whiter. Only downside is…it smells like a barn. And tasting cow barn in your mouth all night isn’t for the weak. I think I’ll try the other puddy next time I order. It’s also a little difficult to get on and off but not terrible. Worth it to me to strengthen my teeth :)
