Light Grey Cotton Tee

This brand has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They state that returns take up to five business days to process, yet my return took two weeks and required three follow-up emails before it was finally processed. What made the experience even more frustrating was that, rather than taking accountability for the delay, they blamed Australia Post — despite the tracking clearly showing that my return had already been delivered. The lack of communication, accountability and customer service has been incredibly disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this brand and certainly won’t be purchasing from them again.
