Dhan Yog Bracelet (Lab Certified)

Worst shipping experience ever. Even though I paid extra for shipping protection, I still never received my package. When I contacted support, they kept repeating that the package showed as “delivered” instead of actually reading my messages. Later, they sent me a “proof of delivery” photo showing my package left on the ground in the mailroom, even though our building has secure lockers specifically for deliveries. There are also multiple signs clearly saying not to leave packages on the floor. Leaving packages on the ground in a shared mailroom is extremely irresponsible and unsafe — it’s like leaving someone’s order in the middle of the street and claiming it was delivered safely. Because of their negligence, my package was lost, yet they refused to take responsibility or issue a refund. After I kept following up, they eventually stopped replying. Very unprofessional service and terrible customer support.
