Order arrived in six days from purchase. Product is sturdy and well made. Installation was simple. Came with U bolts instead of a flat plate as described in video. Works well with cargo carrier that I added on my Denago.

Great hitch for Denago Rover XL Perfect fit & it is great that it is adjustable since I do have a license plate on mine. Very easy to install. Had a tiny glitch with the first hitch BA Parts sent me - but a quick call to their Customer Service & another one was on the way. Second hitch installed "without a hitch" (sorry about the pun - LOL). What I'm trying to say is, the second hitch they sent me arrived quickly & worked-out perfectly !!!
