Jerry Can Lighter - Silver

Love the look and feel of the lighter. Great idea and great aesthetic. As others mention, the hinge feels too small for the lid and causes rattling/lid wobble. My biggest issue was that the lighter insert wouldn’t stay seated inside of the housing and the insert kept sliding up blocking the insert hinge from folding either in the open or closed position. Luckily I had an extra insert laying around that fit much better, though it’s a traditional flame and not the torch. If I didn’t have the extra insert, I would have probably returned the item. IMO for the price, the fit and finish should be better.

I was on the fence between the silver and distressed versions for a while. Finally landed on Solver and flad i did. It’s more of a dull finish than i was expecting, which i like and there is a sort of grippy texture to it. I think it will age wonderfully. Even though it uses standard zippo inserts, the case is a bit larger and made of a much heavier gauge steel. The hinge is more robust as well. Fells like it will last a lifetime! Recommended!
