Stability
It’s great, I’m gaining strength in my ankles and is improving my stability. I keep it my room and I step on it every time I get a chance, even for just 10 seconds, and the pole is a great help to do certain stunts. At 61 and a runner I can’t afford to have injuries.

A Gift
