This is very different from fish oil that comes from any pharma self... This is extracted directly from algae; it is new to me. I like the richness of the trace minerals in algae. I do not fan the capsule, but overall, direct extraction from algae is the plus of this omega-3.

I have been taking this for a couple of weeks and have not had any amazing results. I have read a lot about it and think it is a wonderful product.

I was looking for a high quality vegan Omega 3 that was also made in Australia 🇦🇺 which led me to this product.
I have only been using it for a couple of weeks but so far, so good! It is easy to take, I like the fact it is powder capsules and it has not impacted my stomach in any way. The ordering process was easy and it turned up quickly.
