Honestly these sheets were so soft to the touch right out of the box that I was tempted not to wash them first because I was afraid the feel would change. But I did and it didn't! Slipping into them that first night was like slipping into your favorite well-worn clean sheets but better. The gravy is the gorgeous sophisticated grey color and the upscale delivery presentation that makes these sheets perfect to send as an impressive gift.
