The battery drained to zero after i left it plugged in to charge at 25%. Doesnt wanna start back up. Customer service doesnt care, they take their sweet time responding. Same guy answers the phone, seems like a small company that doesnt like to help troubleshoot. They just keep asking me the specs on the equipment i was running like I did something wrong. Replace it or return it idc, i just need it to work. A short conversation will take 3-5 or more buisness days to resolve via email. Guy on the phone doesnt know what to do after he runs out of questions. Gaurdian 6000 was supposed to be a beast, not a joke.
