TechArmour™ | Hardshell Backpack

I bought the hard shell backpack to take to work daily. The bag is good quality and I am happy with the quality however there are a few things that I don’t like about it. The luggage straps inside cannot be removed and get in the way when I pack the bag. At the hinge point the triangular shaped fabric sections (joined by Velcro) tend to get in the way when rushing to zip the bag up. If they could be removable it would help. The space feels a bit small. I understand the advertisement gave the dimensions and features and I chose it, however I suggest a commuter version of this bag would be better for me with an external water bottle holder and umbrella holder as I have to open the bag on the train to access them. From a marketing standpoint I found communication was excellent however too many extra marketing emails. Also it was clear the bag was sent directly tome from the supplier as there was no Simply Living material in the package. This made me feel like I had bought it off AliBaba not a Brisbane based business. I hope this feedback helps. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Well. I feel it’s a bit of bait and switch here. It’s from China. Tags are all in Chinese. But it looks as described and seems like it will hold up.

I love the backpack. However my charger doesnot work. I charged it with three different blocks but it doesn’t hold the charge. Other than that it’s a good backpack
