Unprofessional. They claimed they contacted me to inform me the size I ordered was out of stock, even though it was listed as in stock on the website, but they never reached out to me regarding that. Also, they didn’t say anything until I reached out to them wondering why the item hadn’t been shipped after purchasing two weeks prior. Very disappointing, coming from a black woman who wanted to supported a black business.
