Skullcandy didn’t send the Grom wired headphones that I actually ordered. They sent some random in-ear things, so I can’t rate the product itself having never received it. My rating of SkullCandy is 1 star and that is being generous. A complete lack of customer service. Could only talk to a chatbot, who told me I had to initiate a returns process to return the wrong product incorrectly sent to me by them, wait 10 business days for the refund and then I could place a new order again for the headphones I originally wanted (which would take at least another week to get to me). The chatbot told me someone from customer service would reach out to me. I am still waiting two weeks later…….

Purchased for my 10 year daughter. Very impressed with the build quality, functionality and most importantly the sound quality. Stylish and very appealing to the younger generations. Highly recommend for a the little groms out there!

These Cans-for-Kids (coined) have some serious style and comfort , they feel sturdy and not cheap in any way . I like the volume is limited to protect your young ones eardrums & wired to save their brains from possible BTfrequency interactions and/or interferences 🤷♂️
