A struggle/difficulty to start the unit. Opening and closing it 3-4 times before it starts. Very frustrating !!!

The essential oils stick to the side and it's hard to clean - even if I use more or less than the recommended amount. I can also barely smell the essentials oils. I have a hard time knowing if the machine is running or not. I had higher expectations as I had heard amazing things about the Saje diffusers. I think it's a bit lackluster and I'm not very impressed. Does it work? yes. Does it work well? No
