product hasnt arrived yet, but im very disappointed after ordering for my daughters birthday within the time frame expected shipping should have arrived. its now a week past my daughters birthday, I've had to email twice to follow up and have been notified that it is now in transit expected in another 10 days. makes me wonder if I hadnt kept following up if it would ever have arrived! extremely disappointed. had to go and buy replacement birthday present which cost even more money.

I have yet to receive it, order was placed a month ago. I reached out about my order and they didn’t give an update or answered my questions. I would not order from this company again. I wish the reviews on instagram were honest.
