Kleine Cuckoo Clock – Sage

I love the looks of the clock but it doesn't count the hours correctly even tho I have reset it. At 10:00 this morning it coo coo'd 18 times. It hasn't coo coo'd the correct amount of times for the correct time since I've had it even tho I reset it twice and I know I did it according to directions. I don't know what else to do and this is very disappointing considering it was on the expensive side.

It’s impossible to get the cuckoo to coordinate with the time. I also called the number and was told that it was full then I tried to give them an email and it doesn’t work. So the clock strikes 27 or 28 times I can’t get it to coordinate at all. I think what I’m gonna do is ask them to replace this product or to refund me my money, but I don’t even know how to get in touch with them to do that so if you published this, I would recommend people not to buy it because I waited three months to get it and it doesn’t work right.

I love this clock! I bought the big one for my daughter, then bought the smaller one for me. I love the bird sounds and the modern design. It gives me joy every hour!
