I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased July 18, it is now September 18 and have not received the product. I am also told by some AI customer support that it is stuck in customs. Save yourself the money and the headache in following this up and do not buy.

I love the Bug Stick! I didn’t try it out yet on a big spider, but I did catch a moth and let it free which gave me a good feeling :)

Extremely overpriced. Tried to cancel order when I realised the quote was in US currency, but was told it had been shipped already which it had not. Made from cheap plastic.
