I am using this product everyday and considering returning it. I was expecting this product would hug the neck area to be able to provide a deeper massage experience. Another point is that the vibration is very noisy and makes me feel dizzy. Feels like I am inside an MRI machine. I do not feel relaxed. I am waiting to complete one month usage in order to see if I have improvements before returning. Unfortunately I am not finding to be an enjoyable experience.

There is only 1 heat setting and it gets very hot. There is only 1 massager setting, which is just different vibrations. This neck massager is way overpriced for what it does. Do not recommend.

I'm missing an item send email they message me once but them ghosted me and did not do anything I did request a refund since my item is missing no answer yet
