Gladiator NXT EVO ‘Space Combat Edition’ - Right Hand (US)

The VKB NXT Gladiator Evo is my first flight stick. It is fun and has great build quality, but has a few flaws preventing me from giving 5 stars. The grip is a bit awkward for me and my partner. She has shorter than average fingers and I have longer than average fingers, both of which make it a bit awkward to hold. There is also a very noticeable bump when crossing the center which can be distracting during flight. The software is arcane and more importantly for me, not Linux compatible. Most of my gaming peripherals are configurable in Linux, but with this item I need to boot into a windows VM every time I need to change my configuration. I probably would have returned this item for the Virpil Aeromax for an additional $80 USD if they had available stock. However at this price point, it is probably the best option to buy.

As a novice and part of my introduction into the space and sim gaming and hardware i couldn’t have made a better choice by going VKB.

Amazing build quality. Plenty of extras including springs of various tensions, and super easy and quick setup. Best option in its price range by far.
