Root Source GR-9

The product has an off putting vinegar smell & it bothers my stomach!!! I have tried multiple times to cancel the subscription I don’t remember choosing but I’ve had no luck cancelling… I’m thinking this is a scam company!!! I do not want any more product sent to me!!!

Didn’t do anything for me. Canceling the subscription is almost impossible. I emailed as instructed on their website and they still sent me the next shipment. After the 2nd shipment it took at least 10 emails going back and forth for them to actually cancel. Ridiculous! And they won’t refund that 2nd shipment. Scammers!

Horrible. They delivered to the wrong address and when I asked them where it was delivered, they just said it was delivered and did not provide the address. It went through customs and appears to have been provided by a drop shipper service that came from China.
