Arrived in good condition. However, for such sn expensive item, I was disappointed to read in the manual the amount of special care needed in use. Best to use on low and medium heat’ for example. Also disappointed to read information in manual regarding cleaning of pan. ‘Never run cold water on pan when hot’, for example. None of these were mentioned in the product information I read before buying it. It is a gift for someone, so I don’t know what the person who received it will have to say.
