the product is durable flexible and comfortable. it does actually serve as a good support system for the heel of my foot I get a slight massage feel when I walk. the only thing I dislike is the fact its not fitting into my shoes or sneakers as plush as I would like. but other than that is pretty cool.

Disappointed with the quality. I purchased the Cloudsole height booster expecting it to be durable and reuseable. Unfortunately, the plastic material ripped apart after my first use. This is extremely disappointing and makes me question the overall quality and durability of the product.

I love the concept of the product but the rubber around the ankle was split when I received it so the left side broke as I tried to put it on, the right side was great
