Very poor customer service! You cannot cancel an order even after waiting 10–15 days for shipping. Cancellation requests are ignored, and even after requesting a return, they don’t provide return instructions. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional!

The jar was quite small for the price. And honestly I don’t see a difference. I don’t feel my skin is hydrated after using this balm or the benefits that this balm claims is not visible at all. I am disappointed and will not be buying again!
