Plush and badges were fine, but the shipping and communication were terrible. I got most individually over about 6 months. I kept emailing, asking on social media areas, etc. no communication or updates. These were gift for my teen for Christmas. She was okay waiting as she understands merch takes time and not mass manufactured to big box stores. She likes supporting artists. But this was insane!!
