Sleepy Cocoa™

Excellent product

When I ran out of product, I realised how good it is, until it’s gone. Now on auto ship. Love it.

Ok for sleep

The sleepy cocoa is not bad but prolonged use has affected my stomach. I fall asleep eventually and stay asleep through most of the night. It has an after taste I had to remedy by adding a scoop of the regular cocoa.

Tasty new habit

Not sure what impact it has on my sleep but I enjoy the nightly ritual.
