Flutterby Dark - Square Shoulder Bag (9 Colours!)

love the bag, arrived super quick. I did order red on black but received black on black. wich i am still happy with.

I love this bag and unfortunately had the shoulder strap snap where it is connected to the bag. I was disappointed but I know their quality of items having previously bought and its fantastic, as is their customer service. I sent pictures, got a new bag delivered and returned the other without a glitch. I think this was just unfortunate. Amazing bag, amazing people to deal with. Thanks again Gayle, you're awesome. 🤩😍
