Never had toasted marshmallow. But it was a wonderful delight. I like to put a little in my hot cocoa at night. And all of their Monin products are so much cheaper than what you buy on Amazon so do not go to Amazon get a much better variety and a better price. .

I've been trying to nail a copycat recipe for a s'mores chai from a certain coffee chain. Over the process i've found that this is by far the best part, especially to make a marshmallow cold foam. 10/10 would absolutely buy again and again.

Versatile

This versatile syrup is perfect all year round! For the colder weather it's awesome in hot chocolate and coffee. For warmer weather it's perfect for using to make cold foam for my iced coffee. I also enjoy it in my cappuccino martini. When it's hot outside I use it to make my fluffernutter ice cream!
