It was very grainy. But Monin and their amazing customer service are sending me a replacement. They offered me a refund or another flavor or a replacement. I chose another Caramel sauce

i love monin's caramel sauce!!! (i'm saying this ’cause i tried different brands, and it's leaking which is so incovenient to clean, it is also bland that you have to put too much sauce)...
that's why Monin sauces for me is 10/10
