Keys sound great and solid construction, nice weight to it... that's where the positives stop. Issues with product when it arrived. The "u" was out of place, no "i" keycap and it came with two "y's". Trying to track down support to rectify the issue was difficult. They said they would be sending me an "i" keycap. Most expensive keyboard on the market to not have wireless as a feature. The keycap replacement is shipping from China so it is taking a long time to arrive. The spacebar double presses intermittently. Getting support engaged is difficult and time consuming and they will blame YOU for the time it takes to reach them. I'm extremely disappointed. I could have saved money, bought Corsair or Razer, and NOT have painted keycaps. I bought a designer look with terrible support. Last time I buy from them. It took some negotiating but they did replace it and covered the shipping cost. The other keyboard works great but it's an experience that sticks with you...
