High Priest is heavenly.
The Ethiopian High Priest is a truly delicious dark roast spin on Ethiopian coffees. I like it much better than Yirgacheffe but not as much as Sidamo. It's a milder dark toast with a very good taste and palate feel, another solid dark roast without any bitterness or bite. Exceptionally smooth. I could easily drink one cup or six. Simply delicious. I'll be placing my third order in the near future.

Smooth, full, robust, and all those other good coffee things.
I love dark roast coffee; grew up in New Orleans drinking coffee and chicory, followed by an Army career fueled by (mostly bad) coffee.
This Ethiopian High Priest coffee is the best I've had! I don't have the "coffee vocabulary", so I'll just say this tastes phenomenal - no bitterness, very smooth, rich, and full. THis will take a permanent place in my Aeropress!

Good coffee
This roast is very strong with only a slight bitter taste associated with many other dark roast. It's flavorful without hints of fruits or nuts just coffee
I highly recommend this for those who enjoy a good strong brew
