Buonissimo

It's so hard to find good coffee these days. Buonissimo = Delicious. For those like me that drink straight espresso without sugar and milk and lived in Italy for two years, we are picky. Just great coffee.

I’m a barista who is about to start my own cafe and I love these beans. They have a very rich, bold and smooth flavor. Nutty and earthy notes with very little bitterness. I’ve used it with my manual espresso press and haven’t pulled a bad shot and even used a French press with it to make a good morning cup of coffee. I’ve already bought multiple bags and it will be my go to in the future
