Fan Plush

I really like the plushie! His left leg is sewn a bit sideways, though. But no complaints! I also like the removable bowtie, I feel like that's a great addition to the plushie itself!! I'm very happy 🥹

While the fan is a lot larger than i thought it would be and still really cute, one of the legs was sewn on backwards. This seems to have been a common issue with this batch of plush.

Mine arrived with a defect where both of his legs were facing the wrong way. This should be a simple issue to solve, just contact customer service and they’ll give me a full refund, right? No. I have waited out the entire refund period without hearing anything from their customer service team. I have heard of other people also messaging the customer service team and not getting any response. It is a high quality plush, much better than the creatorink days but the customer service is worse than the creatorink days.
