I frequently remove the leading treble on crankbaits, especially if the line fouls into the hook too often. These pliers make it easy to remove or add the hooks and this keeps my frustration low.

Great for larger rings , but to small for big hands
they work on the larger split rings but ..... they areto small for my big hands and too thick for the size 0,1,2 split rings
