Hapstone T2 Rotating Angled Knife Guide

Hi, I have been sharpening knives freehand for quite some time, but I could never consistently achieve those truly hair-popping sharp edges. That’s one of the reasons I decided to try the Hapstone T2. I sharpened a MagnaCut blade that had a slightly dull edge. I started with the 2,000-grit stone, followed by 5,000 grit, and finished with a light strop on leather. The result was superb—the edge came out shaving sharp. The entire sharpening process took no more than 10–12 minutes. The T2 holds the angle extremely well, and I was able to achieve a near perfect 20-degree edge with very little effort. One small tip: just make sure you keep your hand clear of the tightening knob while sharpening. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Mario Buryy at Hapstone. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our email correspondence and went out of his way to ensure that my shipment arrived on time. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the Hapstone T2.
