i just received my 365 chives bulbs i have them soaking up some water to perk them back up between the florida and Georgia heat they are dry i know they will snap out of it . I've never had any issues with any orders I've placed with Travis an his family . They are friendly southerners and shipping is fast. I love lazydogfarm family
