Éclat Impérial Ring

The ring is stunning except the side diamonds are dull they don’t sparkle like the main beautiful diamond. Worst customer service, I purchased a ring that I will not be able to wear as it looks fake according to them they think there is nothing wrong with my ring and wish me luck and if I needed any other support so they have lost me as a customer as I will not be purchasing again from this company

The rings are sized smaller than American sizes. Also - it looks too fake for anyone to think it is close to real. Sadly I ordered a lot. I should have waited and got one piece first. Also - didn’t realize it was a Chinese company (that is where it was shipped from), I thought it would have been from France. Took over the estimated time for it to get here. Also I ordered a monogrammed necklace, at no point did I have an option of the letters I wanted, Instead I got the same letters in the image in the store. Not my initials. I was really disappointed.
