Bulk Bucket Chicken Feet

I'm so disappointed in the quality of product I received on my order, but more so in the lack of customer service. I spent just under $250 for 3 of the buckets, chicken feet, bully stick, and yak cheese puffs. Unfortunately, after having fed some of the chicken feet to my pups, I discovered that almost a third of the bucket looked like the chicken had bumble foot. I've contacted via email their team twice now with no response. I've tried to do the live chat but only ever get their AI agent who just tells me to email their team and they'd get right back to me. They claim to offer a 90 day money back guarantee, but so far I dont know how this is going to get remedied due to the fact it seems fairly difficult to get a hold of them.

I just got these in the mail about 30 minutes ago. I opened them up gave both my dogs one they had it gone in five minutes asking for another one. Posting a picture of them, licking their lips, wanting another one.

They look great and very fresh products unfortunately my babydont like them at all looks like a great treat but i would start with a small size bag instead of the bucket
