Great product
This is a well made product. The strap is plenty big as I am a bigger guy. The combination of heat and massage is great to use first thing in the morning as you you log on for work, or for before a workout or even before bed when you're on the couch. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the battery life, it does get drained pretty quickly.

Great but incomplete parts
Love the device, but this unit that I got was missing the US plug adapter I’ve ordered maybe over a dozen systems from you and this one was the first one that did not come complete I’m expect expecting the plug any day now
